Brown Bag Ministries In North Carolina

Back in 2005, Brown Bag ministries was founded by Mary Jo Bukowski and Hartley. They put it upon themselves to provide people in need with food, shelter, and clothes, and they even help them with counseling. All this work is done at churches by volunteers from the Triangle area.
People can volunteer as an individual or come with a group of friends or family on Saturday mornings. These lunches are distributed throughout Durham and Wake County. Clubs at Apex High School like National Honor Society and Key Club do volunteer work at Brown Bag Ministries, and they do earn volunteer hours as well. It is very easy to get your club, group, or team to volunteer by signing up on Brown Bag Ministries website.
Brown Bag Ministries is a fun thing to do with friends and family or any kind of team or organization. You can go to earn some volunteer hours or bond and spend time with friends while doing a good deed for the community. The holiday season is the season to give to others; find a morning to spread the love, and sign up at brownbagministry.org.
