Prom: What You Need to Know
May 18, the night of prom, is anticipated by many upperclassmen at Apex High. The event, which will be hosted at Embassy Suites in Cary from 8 p.m. to midnight, is themed “Frozen in Time.” The ballroom will be decked out in elegant ice sculptures, flowers, and a variety of decorations. Keep reading to figure out how to buy tickets!
- Tickets will be sold May 6, 7, 13, 14, 15, and 16 during both lunches and after school in the main lobby. You must bring a valid picture ID, $50 in cash or check, and a signed permission form
- Tickets can also be bought online. Bring a receipt, your signed permission form, and a valid picture ID to room 1606 to get a hard-copy ticket during first or second lunch. Pre-paid tickets can be picked up Thursday, May 2 through Thursday, May 16. A few lucky online ticket buyers will be selected to win a coupon to a local restaurant.
Students must present a valid picture ID and a prom ticket to be admitted on the night of prom.
