Thanksgiving is coming really soon, which is one of my favorite holidays, because of things like spending time with family, the food, having time off school, and watching the Thanksgiving Parade on TV. Because of how fun Thanksgiving is to me, and because a lot of people celebrate it, I thought it would be fun to interview students in my class and ask them what their favorite part of Thanksgiving is. Here are their responses:

Nittane, Bhavika- Shopping the Black Friday sales.

Lucy- Food, (mashed potatoes)

Zaineb- Food, (apple pie)

Alison- Food, (Hawaiian bread rolls)

Ryan- Food, (mac and cheese)

Wade, Lucas- Food, (turkey)

Zoe, Daniel, Arushi, and Stella all said their favorite parts of Thanksgiving are spending time with family, stuffing. Kennedy also said her favorite part is spending time with family, and traveling to see them. Rylee said spending time with family too, as well as spending time with friends.

After interviewing some of my classmates about this, I found that most of their favorite parts of Thanksgiving are either the food, or spending time with family.I can see why many others had the same favorite as me, because I feel that it’s so great to spend time with your family and eat good food while expressing what you’re thankful for.
