It’s weird to think that in a few months I will be waking up one day and my life just all of the sudden becomes completely different.  I remember thinking freshman year that I had so much time in high school to make a bunch of friends and make all these memories, but now here we are about to cross a stage and end a chapter of our life.  It honestly blows my mind that we are about to graduate high school.

I am attending App State in the fall, and I am very excited to start my next chapter in life. I’m excited to be on my own and get to learn and grow by myself, but it is a big change that can also be very scary and nerve wracking. I’m still undecided on my major, but I hope to do something with music.

One of my favorite classes I have taken is Newspaper. It was such a fun class because you got to write articles for the school newspaper about whatever you want. It was a great way to express myself and write about things I am passionate about.

I have learned so much from high school, and I am so thankful I have made amazing friends along the way. I have had great connections with some pretty cool teachers as well. We can’t take these moments for granted because it truly is a blessing being able to make amazing memories throughout these four  years, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So cheers to all of us for making it through these four years, and I hope we continue to grow no matter what our plans are for after high school.
